United Nations Development Program (UNDP) through the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in the period November 1998 - February 1999, provided funding for CCI in context of the “Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights“. Project was aimed to enable CCI to  address and present to the general public all cases of violation of the human rights and to contribute in the process of education in the area of human rights.
The project itself assumed statistical evidence and gathering information on the spot about cases of violation of children’s rights in Prilep. It was opened a SOS line on which the cases were evidenced and processed as statistic data to the concerned institutions.
The activities also included printing and distribution of the Macedonian version of the Convention for Children’s Rights. It was distributed to the primary and secondary schools in Prilep and surrounding areas, public objects, local authorities, local NGOs and citizens.
CCI's part of the project was a public lecture on a topic “The Convention for Child’s Rights”, an explicit elaboration through simplified examples.
