Resource center worked within NGO Support Center in Prilep. The same segment provided support for institutional development of the NGOs in the region through activities that included: training, consultations and seminars.
The training was consisted of a course for NGOs members in the area of ITC and English Language that were defined as an essential need in the NGO work. 500 members from all the NGOs in the region were attending the courses.
The seminars were focused on the basic and advanced education for the members of NGOs, in the areas like: NGO management, fund-raising, legal procedures for NGOs and foundations, creating project proposals, strategic planning etc.
Consultations given to NGOs were mostly addressed to conducting of there activities, helping while making projects and other questions from everyday NGO working.
The Resource Center project, which is a project within the NGO Support Center and was funded by MOTT Foundation, was entirely coordinated by CCI and estimated duration of two years (December 2000 - November 2002).
