Development of efficient civil society that addresses the priorities of the society challenges and initiates and accomplishes changes in the society.
This program aims at instigating the development of the citizen society, at developing the citizen values and principles through the support of the nongovernmental organizations and civic initiatives and through representing and lobbying for implementation of the democratic practice and citizen participation in the creation of the public policy.
