In March 2006 CCI has been visited by an expert from British NGO MANGO. The MANGO’s expert realized training for financial management and financial sustainability of CCI. MANGO is successful and recognizable organization from Europe that works on the strengthening of the capacities of NGOs from Europe and Africa in the area of financial management. MANGO has developed many tools and instruments for financial management on the Oxford University, Great Britain. Involvement of eminent university experts from Oxford University in the creation of the program and working materials of MANGO is evidence for the high quality of delivered trainings from this institution.
The training increased CCI capacity for financial sustainability and enabled CCI staff to apply the knowledge in their everyday work as well as to transfer the knowledge through lecturers and trainings to other organizations and institutions. The training contributed in the improvement of CCI strategy for financial sustainability.
