This project is being realized on the whole territory of Republic of Macedonia, in a few cities. The goal of the project was to make analysis on the implementation of Framework Agreement in Republic of Macedonia, i.e. if the Framework Agreement is put in practice.
This analysis made at the end of the project contributed towards developing of country’s democratic processes and proving that system institutions are trustworthy and even more in the realization of the legal and sub-legal provisions. 
In order to realize the project successfully, a monitoring was made of the work of public institutions i.e. to what extent the Framework Agreement is put in practice. The most frequently made researches were about: the number of employees having appropriate nationality according to the Framework Agreement and in accordance with the living area, in what extent the people respects statutory provisions for use of minorities’ law and so on. The project included monthly monitoring reports, public tribunes in the cities, attended by politicians, journalists, NGO representatives and citizens, at which discussions were held on the implementation of Framework Agreement, and also monitoring results were presented.
The project “Monitoring of the implementation of the Framework Agreement” is another partner project on national level, realized by Association for Democratic Initiative from Gostivar, and Center for Civic Initiative was its partner.
This project started its realization on November 15, 2002, and finished at the end of year 2003. The project was financed by the American foundation NED (National Endowment for Democracy) from Washington, USA.
