This project is one of the many projects, at national level in realization of two partner organizations Center for Civic Initiative-Prilep (partner organization on regional level) and Association for democratic initiative-Gostivar (as a leader organization). The project has been realized in several towns in Macedonia. The project aim was providing analyzes of the implementation of the decentralization process in the R. Macedonia, in other words to provide data about level of implemented written changes and time frame needed for complete realization.
This analyze at the end of the project realization contributed towards development of democratic processes and confidence revival in the institutions of the system, moreover in the implementation of the statutory provisions.
The project realization start in July 2004, and was completed in June 2005. This project was funded from the American foundation NED (National Endowment for Democracy) from Washington.
