"It's enough arms" is a civic action initiated by Foundation Open Society Institute Macedonia-Skopje and approximately hundred citizens' associations working in Macedonia. The action does not have national character and is not initiated by any political party. This civic action's strategy is socio-economic community progress, not involving the government.

Continuing in the spirit of establishing of this platform, in the period when disarming action was realized in Republic of Macedonia - i.e. an action for arms collecting and legalizing - the project "It's enough arms" was realized. This actually is a project of the platform IT'S ENOUGH, realized on state level. Realization of the project involved platform's Regional offices and its organizations - members. CCI took participation in project's realization by monitoring of disarming process, i.e. the process of voluntary arms delivery. Our representative, namely, visited arms voluntary delivery centers and monitored the process. The presence of our monitors was marked excellent by Commission for arms collecting and Local government in Prilep and it was also praised in media. It was stressed that the presence of NGO representatives gave a higher credibility of the action and more trust to the citizens.
The project was realized from November 01, 2003 to December 15, 2003.
By platform participation and this action CCI confirmed its civil concept and determination towards creating better society.
