The overall objective of the project was to support the implementation of the Ohrid Framework Agreement through the development of civil society in Macedonia.
The specific objective / project purpose was to increase the organizational capacity and sustainability of CCI and enable it to support local Macedonian, Roma & Albanian NGOs to deliver effective and efficient projects in the area of health and care.
Project strategy was developing through three components:

- Increasing of the organizational capacity and sustainability of CCI as so as managing with project cycles through zig zag methodology of local NGO (CCI's staff will be trained in zig zag methodology . This experience will be transferred to the local Macedonian, Albanian and Roma NGO. Increased capacity of local NGO will deliver efficient and effective health & care projects)
