Experience with bringing closer cultural diversities through psycho-social workshops with teachers and pupils, was very significant for this project. The project was financed by Danish foundation Fresta through SEE RAN Network, and it was realized with our partners Albanian Rehabilitation Center for trauma and torture (ARCT) Tirana-Albania, Kosovo Rehabilitation Center for trauma and torture (KRCT) Pristina, Kosovo and International Aid Network –Belgrade Serbia and Montenegro.
Development of tools and methods for working in schools in order to bring closer different ethnic communities we have projected in several steps as organizing trainings for teachers; organizing Round Tables; preparation and using of Manual and additional education and practical work in the schools in Prilep and Tirana. The results from our work show great interest of teachers with possibility for using this teaching method in everyday work.
The project was funded by the Danish Foundation Fresta and it was implemented in the period from 01.11.2005 till 30.06.2006.
