This program actually means strengthening CCI’s capacities and providing conditions for its institutional development. In the program frame we have realized trainings for improving the work of the organization, created a new web site, which is dynamic – interactive, providing faster information processing via Internet, and printed annual reports which transparently publish the results of organization’s working. This program also improved organization’s technical equipment, which provides better and more efficient realization of the activities and projects.
The goal was set this way because CCI via this program established conditions for strengthening its capacities, but in the same time it contributed towards implementing the set mission, vision and final goal.
This program and the opportunity to reach the final goal was a challenge for CCI. Improved functioning of CCI means trained human resources and created conditions for realizing the program activities on one hand, and also for realizing the entire work of CCI.
The ideal we were targeting was creating sustainable capacities, which can be created in appropriate conditions and by motivated people. Work motivation is a precondition for CCI’s success. This program upgraded the things that were already build up and contributed towards improvement of organization’s functioning.
This project essentially helped in development and strengthening of CCI, and it was funded by Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC). Period of realization was: May 2004 to December 2006.
