From May - October 1997 we were visited by Ms. Kathy Spillman, an American Volunteer for International Development (AVID). She trained CCI members in the area of NGO management, project proposal writing, fund-raising, NGO lobbing, NGO campaign, communications etc.
This training program was especially important to CCI above all because of the fact that in that time CCI was a newly established NGO for which more important than everything was this kind of program to be realized and after this training CCI worked actively in a more professional manner.
