GOAL:
Goal of CCI is that all citizens have equal human rights, are involved in decision-making processes and have equal access to education.
POTENTIAL AND OWN RESOURCES
CCI was established in May 1997 as a membership organization. Today we are an organization with potential capacity that includes:
- Professional team that includes personal of 10 engaged persons out of which 8 full time engaged and 2 part time engaged: Executive director, Deputy Director for programs, financial manager, 2 program coordinators, project coordinator, lawyer, logistic officer, technical secretary, project assistant and driver;
- Own working space of 100 square meters;
- Equipment: 6 desktop computers, four laptops, photocopy machine, LCD projector, laser printers, color printers, scanner, audio and video equipment (cameras, recorders, TV’s, Dictaphones and other)
- Center for Civic Initiative has a library that has over 500 titles, divided in the following sectors
- Human rights
- Public administration
- Democracy
- Literature for English language and informational technology
- Laws and regulations
- Law
- Address books
- Foundations and organizations
- NGO training materials
- Stress, trauma, conflicts
- Macedonian and children literature
- Video documentation for Center for Civic Initiative activities
- Data base for contacts with NGO activists in Macedonia and abroad
