Providing help for holocaust victims – Roma people, born before 09th of May 1945, is the goal of this project. The project is realized in Prilep and Bitola and involves 505 beneficiaries. The help that this project provides is:

- 2 Social clubs established – one in Prilep and one in Bitola,

- distribution of packages: food and hygienic means

| |
- distribution of firewood,

| |

In order to provide this help, apart from CCI's staff, we also engaged experts – a team. Namely, this target group is given free help by a lawyer, which is on disposal every day, medical staff – a doctor and a nurse who realize the check- ups and house calls. And in order to realize complete help for these old persons, we engaged nurses to visit regularly persons of this target group who need home help and care.
Partners in the realization of the project are Roma NGOs: Romani Shukaripa and Bairska Svetlina.
The project was realized in duration of 12 months, from 26.10.2003 to 26.10.2004.
The project is realized by International Organization for Migration, and is funded by German foundation “Remembering, responsibility and future” and American district court for the eastern part of New York (Swiss banks – compensation contract)
